It's now official! Ehra Madrigal, the Philippines' Newest Sexiest Woman, is Tanduay's Calendar Girl for 2008. Her appointment was confirmed during the contract signing ceremony held at Tanduay's Marketing office in Pasig City last July 10,2007.
Standing at 5'6" with vital statistics 36-25-36, Ehra won over several other sexy candidates who were being considered by Tanduay in its annual search for the company's signature model.
Beyond her physical beauty, Ehra was chosen because of her warm vibrant personality and growing popularity among the Filipino youth. "Ehra embodies the freshness and vitality of the young generation and, as calendar girl, she will boost our efforts to identify with young drinkers and make our products part of their active lifestyle," Mr. Larry Li, Tanduay's Advertising Manager confided.
Tanduay calendars are highly anticipated every year and they are displayed not only in stores but also in the homes of young admiring Filipinos. As calendar girl of the country's leading liquor company, Ehra will be following the footsteps of previous calendar girls, like Katrina Halili, Assunta de Rossi, Ara Mina, who became heartthrobs of Filipinos and whose showbiz rose to greater heights.
"I'm proud to be Tanduay's new calendar girl and it's a big honor to represent a reputable company whose products are recognized worldwide," Ehra admitted during the press interview after the contract-signing ceremony. She noted that Tanduay is now popular among the youth is the preferred mix drink in bars which she has visited during her HRM classes in St. Benilde.
